Q2. Can I get a sample?
A: Absolutely, we can provide samples. 1. For standard products, if they are in stock, we will send one free of charge. 2. For customized samples, a fee will apply. 3. In-stock samples are dispatched within 1-2 days, while customized samples take 7-10 days.
Q3. How does your factory manage quality control?
A: Our factory employs advanced equipment and an experienced QC team to meticulously inspect materials, semi-finished, and finished products at each stage before shipment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Q4: What are the trading and payment terms?
A: 1. We can provide quotations based on EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR. 2. Payment options include T/T with a 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L, L/C, DP, and other terms.
Q5: How are packing & shipping handled?
A: We offer a variety of packaging options to suit your needs, such as Outer Polybag, Dispense Box, Carton, and Pallet packages. Typically, a 1x20'GP (28CBM) can load 5-12 tons, and a 1x40'HQ (68CBM) can load about 10-26 tons. The loading capacity varies depending on your packaging. We can ship products via Sea, Air, or Couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
