How does PE Film Work:
Experience the revolutionary packaging technique with our High Tensile Grade Pallet Covers for Power Stretch Hood Film. This innovative method employs a tube-shaped, elastic plastic film that is heat-sealed at the top. The film stretches both horizontally and laterally at room temperature and is then pulled vertically from the top to envelop the entire package. The process concludes with the elastic film being securely released at the base of the tray, ensuring a tight and secure wrap around the product. Known by various names such as cold shrink film packaging or cold stretch film packaging, this technique promises to deliver unparalleled protection and durability for your goods.
What are the advantages of PE Film?
The stretch sleeve film is renowned for its
exceptional tensile strength and tear resistance, enabling it to securely wrap objects, preventing them from dislodging during transit. Unlike traditional packaging methods, the stretch sleeve technique
boasts high efficiency and energy savings, superior packaging quality, excellent protection, and attractive product display, reducing the amount of packaging materials used, thus achieving the goals of minimizing packaging and decreasing waste sources.
Which industries can benefit from using PE Film?
Cold stretch hood film packaging combines the best features of traditional heat-shrinkable and stretch packaging methods. It offers cost efficiency, high productivity, robust packaging, enhanced safety, excellent transparency, and superior physical protection. This versatile packaging is extensively utilized in industries such as glass bottles, mortar, beverages, cans, food, chemicals, building materials, and paper.
Understanding the Difference Between Stretch Hood and Ordinary Stretch Film:
1. Stretch Hood: Unlike shrink stretch film, the stretch hood wraps snugly around the pallet. This method ensures enhanced stability and firmness for the pallets, providing superior protection.
2. Rapid Wrapping :
The primary advantage of using stretch hood packaging is its remarkable speed. It's up to 40% faster compared to traditional stretch films, allowing you to wrap an impressive 150 pallets per hour.
3. Boosted Efficiency:Thanks to its strong elongation and recovery properties, stretch hood film can accommodate various pallet sizes with a single film type. This ensures material and cost savings, significantly enhancing overall efficiency.
