About the Difference Between Stretch Hood and Ordinary Stretch Film:
1. Stretch HoodThe stretch hood serves a similar purpose to shrink stretch film, with the hood stretching around the pallet. Its advantage lies in greater robustness and stability of the pallets.
2.Wrapping Speed :The stretch hood's packaging speed is a significant advantage, being 40% faster than regular stretch film. You can wrap up to 150 pallets per hour.
3.Higher Efficiency:Strong elongation and recovery properties allow different-sized pallets to be hooded with a single film.This ensures material and cost savings, resulting in high efficiency.

A: Yes, we can provide samples. 1. For standard products, if in stock, we will send one for free. 2. For customized samples, there will be a charge. 3. Samples in stock take 1-2 days, customized samples take 7-10 days.
Q3. How does your factory manage quality control?
A: Our advanced equipment and experienced QC team meticulously inspect materials, semi-finished, and finished products at every stage before shipping.
Q4: What are the trading and payment terms?
A: 1. We can quote based on EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR. 2. Payment terms include T/T with 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L, L/C, DP, etc.
Q5: How are packing & shipping handled?
A: We offer various packaging options such as Outer Polybag, Dispense Box, Carton, and Pallet packages as per your requirement. Generally, a 1x20'GP (28CBM) can load 5-12 tons, and a 1x40'HQ (68CBM) can load about 10-26 tons. The loading capacity depends on your packaging. Products can be shipped via Sea, Air, or Couriers (DHL, UPS, ***, FedEx, etc.).
